1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3.4 oz pkg instant banana pudding,
dry
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. SR flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped, optional
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Blend together
butter, sugars, and eggs. Add in pudding and vanilla. Mix in flour. Blend until
smooth. Add in pecans and white chocolate chips. Place dough in balls on a
parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the bottoms are
golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
