3 c. dark brown sugar
3 eggs
3 1/4 c. SR flour
3 sticks butter, melted
1 T. vanilla
2 c. butterscotch chips
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan. Add brown sugar and melted butter to a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add flour. Stir in butterscotch chips. Pour in sprayed pan and spread evenly. Bake 45 minutes. Then, Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more. Allow to cool completely before slicing, or you can slice immediately with a plastic knife and they will not tear.
