mayo/miracle whip
prepared mustard
salt & pepper to taste
green olives, sliced in half, if desired
Slice eggs in half length ways. Place yolks in a mixing bowl. Place halved eggs in an egg dish or container. Use a fork to mash the egg yolks. Add mayo/miracle whip, mustard, pickle relish, salt & pepper to taste. Place in egg cavities. Place an olive half on top if desired.
My grandmother always called these dressed eggs, not deviled eggs, because she didn't want to give the devil credit for something so yummy! I've made them for many years and they are a family favorite.
