Mexican Wedding Cookies

1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 t. water
2 c. SR flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and water. Add flour and nuts. Roll into 1" balls. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
