Italian Kohlrabi Casserole

2-3 kohlrabi, peeled, diced, and boiled until soft
1 lb smoked sausage, cut in small pieces
1 onion, diced
15 oz. can diced tomatoes with oregano, basil, garlic, undrained
1-2 t. Italian seasoning
1 green pepper, chopped
mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. can, sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan. Place in sprayed 9x13 dish. Bake 30 minutes. Add Parmesan, bake 5 minutes more. Serve with tossed salad and cheese bread.
