Butter Pecan Cornbread

1 c. plain flour
1 c. SR cornmeal
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into sprayed cast iron skillet or pan. Bake until golden brown, about 20-22 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy!
