Kathy's Turkey & Rice Soup

24 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 lb. turkey breakfast sausage, cooked, rinsed,  and drained
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. leftover cooked turkey meat
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
turkey stock to cover
seasonings to taste

Place all ingredients in a lined crockpot, using turkey stock to fill to level desired, Cook 4-6 hours on low.
