4 oz. coco lopez cream of coconut*
4 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. rum**
2 c. ice
Mix well in blender. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry. If cream of coconut can not be found, combining Eaglebrand milk and coconut flavoring can be used instead.
**rum can be left out for a family friendly drink
