25 oz. pkg Tyson chicken strips, any flavor
1/3 c. orange marmalade
3 T. butter, melted
1 T. cider vinegar
1 t. fresh ginger, grated (or 1/4 t. powdered ginger)
Prepare chicken as directed. Combine remaining ingredients in medium skillet. Simmer until blended. Stir frequently. Add chicken to skillet, toss gently to coat.
