Pecan Cheese Dip

1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 c. mayo

1/2 t. Tobasco sauce, or to taste

1 c. chopped pecans

1/2 small onion, chopped

raspberry jam 

Mix all ingredients together except for jam. Put in mold. Refrigerate. Before serving, pour jam in middle (after removing from the mold). Serve with crackers.
