Butterscotch Brownies

2/3 c. butter
2 1/3 c. brown sugar, or brown sugar blend (only use half as much)
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. SR flour
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour. Stir in chips. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

*can also substitute cinnamon chips if desired
