Reuben Casserole

32 oz. bag sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. deli style corned beef, chipped
8 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. deli style Swiss cheese, sliced
12 slices buttered rye bread, cut into 1" pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 dish. Layer the sauerkraut (squeeze dry first with hands), corned beef, dressing, & cheese. Top with bread cubes. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and serve.
