8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. coconut
Beat cream cheese and pineapple. Fold in pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into 1" balls and roll into coconut. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 2 dozen.
