Indian Cornbread

1 lb. sausage

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 c. milk

1 c. SR corn meal

1 c. whole kernel corn, drained

1 medium onion

1/2 c. SR flour

1 t. salt

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into greased iron skillet or pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
