1 bunch broccoli florets
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. chopped red onion
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 c. sugar
Place broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon in bowl. Combine all other ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture. Stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
