Coconut Buttercream Frosting

3 sticks butter, softened
2 t. coconut flavor
1/2 t. almond extract
3 boxes powdered sugar
1 c. canned coconut milk (be sure to shake well before opening)

Beat butter and flavorings together until fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually, alternating with milk. Beat until smooth. Males 8 cups.
*This frosting freezes well for future use.

For a smaller amount I would use:
1 stick butter, softened
2 t. coconut flavor
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. canned coconut milk (shake well)

Follow same directions as above.
