Chocolate Pudding Cake

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. SR flour
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 T. margarine, melted
1 T. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water

Sift sugar, flour and cocoa. Add milk, margarine, and vanilla. Mix well. Spread in sprayed 9" pan. Combine topping sugars & cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
