3 lbs. pork spareribs
2 onions
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 t. Tobasco sauce
1/2 t. chili powder
1 c. water
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
Cut ribs into 2" pieces. Wash and drain well. Place in dish. Slice onion over top. Combine catsup, tobasco sauce, chili powder and water. Mix well and pour over ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
