1 box German chocolate cake mix, and needed ingredients
1 box 10X powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large bag coconut (12 oz)
1 stick margarine, melted
Spray 9x13 dish. Spread nuts on bottom. Add coconut on top. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour over coconut. Combine cream cheese and margarine. Pour over cake. Do Not Stir! Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Invert onto plate if desired*.
*can be left in dish and each piece inverted before serving.
