12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips*
1 T. powdered sugar
16 oz. sour cream, divided
4 large flour tortillas
Melt chips in microwave. Add 8 oz. sour cream. Stir. Spread on tortillas. Stack tortillas. Mix remainder of sour cream with powdered sugar to taste. Pour on top of torte and slice to serve.
*other flavors of chips may be used
