Butter Swim Biscuits

2.5 c. SR flour

4 t. sugar

2 c. buttermilk

1 stick butter, melted

Mix flour and sugar. Add buttermilk. Do not overmix! Lightly spray a 9x9 pan. Pour melted butter in pan/dish. Add dough over butter and spread with spatula. Cut the dough into squares. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and dough is cooked through.
