Easy Fried Rice

1 cup uncooked rice

1 can chicken broth

1/4-1/2 cup water

1 cube chicken bouillon

1-2 cups cooked, chopped chicken

1 tbsp olive oil

2-4 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove minced garlic

1 tbsp minced onion

Combine all ingredients in pan or a rice cooker. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, until rice is cooked through.
