Darlene's Ice Box Fruit Cake

2 c.  pecans or walnuts, chopped

1 large can evaporated milk

7 oz. pkg. coconut, optional

1 jar maraschino cherries, drained

1 lb. raisins

1 lb. marshmallows

1 lb. graham crackers, crushed

reserved nut and cherry halves

Melt marshmallows with can of milk on stove. Add other ingredients and stir. Pour in a 11x7 pan or tupperware. Decorate with reserved nuts and cherries. Refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
