4 chicken breasts, halved
2 T. chopped onion
salt
pepper
1 stick butter, melted
2 T. poppy seeds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. slivered almonds
1/4 lb. crushed crackers
Boil chicken with onion, salt, and pepper until tender. Mix butter, seeds and crackers together. Debone chicken and chop up. Combine chicken, soups, sour cream, and almonds together. Place in sprayed casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Add cracker mixture on top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
