1/2 c. chopped walnuts
14 oz. can Eaglebrand milk
4 egg whites
1 t. baking powder
6 oz. low fat or sugar free chocolate chips
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. unsifted flour
1 t. vanilla
Mix cocoa, flour, egg whites, baking powder, and vanilla together. Slowly add Eaglebrand milk. Stir until well blended. Pour into sprayed 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 until center is set. Do NOT overbake.
