French Coconut Pie

1 c. coconut

3 eggs

1/4 c. buttermilk

unbaked pie shell

1 stick margarine

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Beat well. Add milk, vanilla, and coconut. Place pie shell on baking sheet before pouring ingredients into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.
