Crockpot Chicken Stew

2 boxes (32 oz. each) chicken broth

1 rotisserie chicken, cleaned off the bones and chopped

1 family size can (22.6 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 small bag frozen peas and carrots

1 onion, chopped

1 to 2 c. cooked rice

1 T. poultry seasoning

salt and pepper, to taste

Put chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in lined crock pot and mix with a wire whisk. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
