Banana Pineapple Dessert

1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers

2 T. sugar

8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

1-2 T. coconut

1-2 c. cool whip

1/4 c. margarine, melted

3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding, prepared and cooled, not instant

1-2 bananas

Combine cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar. Place in 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Mix pineapple, coconut, and bananas in pudding. Pour over crust. Top with cool whip and coconut.
