1 lb. can blueberry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix*
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
3/4 c. margarine, melted
Put pie filling in bottom of sprayed 9x13 dish. Add drained pineapple. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Add nuts. Combine juice and margarine. Drizzle over top. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Best eaten the day it's baked.
*Cake mixes used to be 18 oz., but now they are 15 oz. To make up the difference, add an additional 2/3 c. yellow or white cake mix to the recipe, or your cake won't turn out right.
