12 oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can Eaglebrand milk
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
60 chocolate kisses or hugs, unwrapped
1 t. oil*
1/4 c. butter
2 c. plain flour
1 t. vanilla
2 oz. white chocolate chips or 2 oz. white chocolate baking bar
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Add Eaglebrand milk. Mix well. Combine flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla. Mix well. Shape 1 t. dough around candy kiss, covering completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool. Microwave white chocolate bar with oil, (or if using white chocolate chips you won't need the oil), just enough to melt. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
