Swiss or Colby Jack Chicken

4 chicken breasts

4 slices of Swiss or colby jack cheese

1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup

1/4 cup of milk

1 box Stove Top Stuffing (herb or chicken flavor)

1 stick of butter

Spray or line crock pot. Put chicken breasts on bottom, top with slices of cheese. Mix soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Pour box of Stove Top stuffing mix on top. Melt stick of butter and pour over all. Cook 6-8 hours on low. You can scoop out a serving at a time. Chicken will be fall apart tender.
