Apple Dumplings

1 large apple, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. splenda/sugar
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 can (10 ct) biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, combine margarine, splenda/sugar, water, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Set aside. Flatten each biscuit. Place apple bits inside. Bring sides of biscuits up and pinch together around apple bits. Place biscuits in sprayed baking dish. Pour cinnamon mixture over biscuits. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream. YUM!

*3 cans of biscuits will fill a 9x13 dish : )
