4-7 mashed ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 c. self-rising flour*
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. oil
Combine bananas and eggs. Add sugar and oil. Add flour to mixture. Pour into 3 aluminum foil lined loaf pans.
Place in cold oven. Set oven to 275 degrees. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until firm to touch. Cool 10 minutes. Lift bread out by aluminum foil and wrap to keep from drying out. Yum!
*If only using 4 bananas, adjust flour amount, or bread will be too dry
