Hamburger Pie


1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cheese
2 T. parsley
1/4 c. miracle whip
2 pastry pie shells
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 15 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
1/3 c. milk

Brown ground chuck and onion in skillet. Drain and rinse. Stir in cheese, miracle whip, and parsley. Pour meat mixture inside pie shell. Top with other pie shell. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Combine soup, milk and vegetables. Heat. Serve over each slice of hamburger pie.

*Recipe may be doubled for a deep dish size pan.
