Ambrosia Salad

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
milk
16 oz. whipped topping, thawed
14 oz. fruit cocktail, drained, reserve juice
small jar maraschino cherries
14 oz. crushed pineapple, reserve juice
15 oz. can mandarin oranges, reserve juice
coconut, optional

Empty drained fruits into large bowl. Combine cream cheese with small amounts of milk til creamy. Mix with 3/4 whipped topping & 1/4 c. reserved juices. Blend well. Add fruit and blend until all of fruit is coated. Add remaining whipped topping. Decorate with cherries. Chill.

*Traditional Ambrosia doesn't have coconut in it, but many people like it. It's up to you : )
