Crockpot Cranberry Sauce

12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
1/2 c. orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 c. honey

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 4-5 hours, until berries are soft. Vent the lid by placing the handle of a spoon under the lid. Continue to cook 4-5 more hours on low. The venting is very important! Do not skip the venting step. After venting, stir occasionally. This keeps it from burning and allows you to check for thickness. It should cook down 3/4 of the way. Chill in the refrigerator overnight to set.
