Custard Pie



1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
3/4 c. splenda/sugar
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
nutmeg

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into buttered 9" pie dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until lightly browned and not too jiggly. (The flour will settle and make its own crust.)

*can also add 1/4-1/3 c. cocoa powder for chocolate pie. Omit nutmeg.
**or add 1 c. coconut on top before baking for coconut pie. Omit nutmeg.
