Coconut Pie:
2 c. milk
3/4 c. splenda/sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine, soft
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
Put everything, except coconut in blender. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into sprayed pie plate. Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until browned.
Pumpkin Pie:
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 T. margarine, soft
1/2 c. splenda/sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pie plate. Combine all ingredients. Place in pie plate. Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.Cool 5 minutes. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
