Strawberry Mango Cobbler

2 pts. strawberries, sliced
2 c. ripe mango, peeled & cubed
1 T. crystallized ginger, chopped
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar or splenda blend
1/2 c. sugar/splenda
1/2 c. oats
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. margarine, melted

Combine fruit, ginger, flour, sugars, and oats. Place in sprayed 9x13 pan. Sprinkle lemon juice and melted margarine over cobbler and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Allow to cool or serve with ice cream. YUM!
