Crockpot Italian Style Pasta

28 oz. can diced tomatoes
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 lb. whole wheat penne pasta
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 t. onion powder
balsamic vinegar, to taste
Parmesan cheese

Place pasta in bottom of sprayed crockpot. Pour diced tomatoes on top. Add beans next. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cook 1 1/2-2 hours on low until pasta is cooked to your liking. Add splash of balsamic vinegar when done. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
