1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookies, or your own sugar cookie recipe
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. sugar/splenda
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
4 kiwi, peeled & sliced thin
chopped pecans, optional
mandarin oranges, drained
coconut, optional
blueberries, strawberries, & other fruits
Place sugar cookie dough on pizza pan. Stretch to cover. Bake as directed. Combine cream cheese, splenda/sugar, & pineapple juice together. Spread on top of cooled cookie crust. Place pineapple in center of pan. Add ring of kiwi, ring of pie filling, ring of mandarin oranges, and other fruits, etc... until covered. Sprinkle nuts on top. Sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Cut in wedge slices. Such a colorful treat!
