1 lb ground chuck, browned, drained and rinsed
10 oz. can original diced Rotel
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/3 c. water
shredded lettuce
cheese
taco shells or soft wraps
favorite salsa or another can of Rotel
sour cream, optional
chopped onions, optional
Combine Rotel, ground chuck, water and taco seasoning in a skillet. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer 10 minutes or more to meld flavors. Serve with prepared taco shells or wraps.
*You may use 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken instead of ground chuck, if desired
