Salsa Chicken

1 lb. frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cans black beans, do not rinse & drain
1/2 c. minute rice
16 oz. jar salsa, your choice

Place chicken in bottom of sprayed crock pot. Add rice, then beans, then salsa. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir to break up chicken or shred for tacos/burritos with all the trimmings.
