Brown Rice and Mushrooms

1 stick margarine

1 can French onion soup

6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms

1 c. converted rice (uncle Ben's original rice)

1 can beef broth

Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine in 9x13 dish. Stir in rice. Pour in soup, broth, and mushrooms. Cover. Cook for 1 hour.
