Faye's Corn Relish

2 dozen ears corn, cooked and cut off cob

4 sweet green peppers, chopped

1 T. celery seeds

1 t. tumeric powder

2 c. sugar

a little water

1 qt. cabbage, chopped

10 medium sized onions

4 sweet red peppers, chopped

1 c. cucumbers, chopped

1/2 c. salt

1 1/2 qts vinegar

Combine all ingredients. Cook 1/2 hour. Pour in jars and seal hot.
