19 oz. can black beans, rinsed well
1 c. pureed tomatoes
1/2 t. cumin
yogurt or chili salsa
1 c. chopped sweet onions
1 t. hot chili powder
1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper
Combine beans, onions, and puree in 2 qt saucepan. Add chili powder, cumin, and pepper. Simmer 15 minuyes, Serve with yogurt or salsa.
