16 oz. can green beans, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 t. sugar
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. oregano
16 oz. can wax beans
16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
2/3 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. paprika
Combine beans, green pepper, and onions. Toss gently. Combine apple juice and remaining ingredents in a jar. Cover tightly. Shake vigorously. Pour over bean mixture. Toss gently. Cover and chill at lest 2 hours or overnight. Makes 12 servings.
