1/2 c. splenda/sugar
1 t. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
9 oz. whipped topping, thawed (I use low sugar)
40 vanilla wafers*
pie filling, any flavor
Combine splenda, lemon juice, cream cheese, and whipped topping. Place 2 vanilla wafers inside cupcake paper lined muffin tins. Place mixture on top of wafers. Place in refrigerator to set. Top with pie filling before serving.
*may substitute graham crackers, oatmeal cookies, etc...for vanilla wafers
